I still follow the news from the town I grew up in.  I like to see what’s up in my home town  More importantly, I still know a lot of people there – some of whom I met after moving away as a young adult.

One of favorites is Richard Kyte, Director of the D. B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership and Endowed Professor of Ethics at Viterbo University.  He speaks softly and in measured tones.  In this written piece “It’s Time to Start Talking to One Another“, that style is on full display,.  It strongly reinforces his message, which is that we have much more to gain from listening to each other than “winning” any particular argument.  If you’re looking for a path forward, inspiration, or just a ray of hope in these fraught political times, I highly recommend it.
